The Blow in insulation is in process on our Vermont American plan on Lot 262! This is another of the High Performance features by Arbor Homes! You get 21% more R-Value than is required by Oregon building codes, and the pressure filled cellulose fiber is forced into every void area in those hard to reach places- giving you a more comfortable, draft free home!

Arbor builds High Performance Homes!

One of the many standard features in your Arbor Custom Home is the "foam sealed rim joists". This is one of the hundreds of additional building practices that Arbor implements to make your home Higher Performance and Energy Efficient than other builders. In order to prevent heating and cooling loss, Arbor has discovered through research in building sciences that the rim joist area between floor levels is one of the greatest areas of energy loss and cold air drafts. To improve your home's sealing to prevent air infiltration and moisture, Arbor's insulation contractor sprays an expanding foam sealer around the entire perimeter of the homes floor rim joist at the exterior. This improved insulating feature is one of the many techniques to improve the overall performance and efficiency of your home! 4 New homes under construction!

Arbor at Villebois currently has 4 new homes under construction and will be starting 7 townhomes soon! We have a fantastic Vermont American plan on Lot 262 that will be move in ready in September. As of July 20th, the cabinets are in, all of the doors and millwork are installed and painted and the granite and hard surfaces are installed! Lot 243 is a Vermont English plan, is framed and the heating, plumbing and electrical are nearly complete. Lot 264 the Brittany English is our largest plan under construction at 3915 square feet, 5 bedroom 3 1/2 baths, and the foundation has just been poured!
